1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects.
To be eligible:
- The defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- Original invoice and packaging must be available
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are strictly non-refundable:

- Service charges
- Site visit or inspection charges
Once installation or service work has started or is completed, no refund will be issued for those components.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return request:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order details and clear photos/videos of the defect
- Our technical team will review and approve the request

4. Refund Process
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways
5. Right to Reject Returns
Jupiter Solar reserves the right to reject any return or refund request if:
- The product is damaged due to mishandling or misuse
- The defect is not manufacturing-related
- The request is made after the allowed time period
